Lucy currently works as Senior Creative Strategist for Monks, a digital-first operating brand, leading research, insight generation, and campaign development for social media channels. She works within the creative team, specializing in paid social strategy. 

From 2022-2025, she led Creative Strategy at Twigeo, a Swedish-based creative growth advertising agency. You can find client Case Studies she worked on here.

Lucy previously served as Founding Creative Director at Ascenial, building out the entire creative department, processes, and writing a monthly Ad Creative Newsletter.
